Homeopathy is a system of natural healthcare that has been present for over 200 years. It is a regulated system of medicine in Ontario Canada and is used by millions of people across the globe, most notably in India, South America and Europe. It is recognized by the World Health Organization as the second largest therapeutic system in the world and can be safely used by infants, children and people of all ages to treat acute and chronic diseases when under the supervision of a Homeopathic Practitioner.
A homeopathic consultation involves detailed history of your presenting complaints and review of your laboratory reports, hence its best to bring all your laboratory reports which includes blood tests, ultrasound reports, CT scans etc.
A referral is not required to see us but we do encourage our patients to update their family physicians about the homeopathic treatment they wish to pursue.
Many health insurance companies cover homeopathy. However, the terms of this coverage vary according to the individual, group and self-employed plans offered within each corporate division of each company. Patients are advised to check with your extended benefits carrier whether your policy includes homeopathic treatment
